PE/PE ball valves applications
Metal ball valves with polyethylene ends for underground gas service connections under pressure of up to 5 bar.

Standard
The Torre brand valves are manufactured in accordance with standards EM-D20-E and EN13774 "Underground metal valves with spherical seal for service connections under pressure of up to 5 bar".

Sizes
These are manufactured in sizes DN 25, DN 32 and DN 50, which correspond to polyethylene pipes with an exterior diameter of 32, 40 and 63mm respectively.

Connections
The ends of the valves are equipped with polyethylene pipes to be welded to the installation.

Materials

• Body, stem, ball and cap in brass
• Connection pipes: polyethylene SDR 11 EN 1555
• Acetal copolymer resin seat retaining
• O-Ring in NBR rubber in accordance with standard UNE EN 682.
• PVC cover support

Identification
All the Torre valves carry identification marks, specifying batch number and are supplied with their corresponding quality certificate.

Packaging
The valves are supplied in labelled boxes to make handling, storage and identification easier.

Anchoring support
Anchoring supports are available in aluminium in accordance with standard NT-081-GN to secure these valves.
